Annual Meeting and Elections
 
The Open/Annual Meeting will be on November 09, 2026, location is Bedington Ruritan (3947 Williamsport Pike, Martinsburg, WV 25404) and the following will occur that evening:
 
1.       State of the Hammond’s Mill Homeowners Association
2.       Board of Directors Nominations and Voting
 
The doors will open at 6:00pm that evening and the meeting will commence no later than 7:00pm.  An agenda will be provided when signing in and obtaining your ballot. 
The Board of Directors is taking self-nominations or nominations of other homeowners for candidates for the 2026 Hammond's Mill Homeowners Association.   If you would like to self-nominate yourself or another homeowner, you must submit your name and small biography (two or three sentences) to Hoa@hammondsmill.com prior to October 23, 2026.  The official 2026 Nomination Ballot should be published No Later than October 30, 2026 and posted on the HOA Website with the HOA Approved Proxy Form/Ballot. 

We are happy to announce that your local high school, Spring Mills will be marching through the community for their homecoming parade! The parade will occur from 4:00-5:30 on Friday, October 16th prior to the Spring Mill’s High School Homecoming Football game. The link/attachment shows the parade route through the community. Please come out to show your support to your neighbors in the community by cheering on your local high school!  More information about the parade can be found here.

The board has decided that any type of decorative lighting must have an architectural request prior to installation. Additionally, the lights must be clear and point toward the house (not pointing up). It was determined that when the lights point up, if they shine into the neighbors' homes, which would be a nuisance to them.
